Former NAATP President Joins Landmark Recovery

Michael Walsh, the former president of the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP), has been named director of clinical outreach at Landmark Recovery, the company announced on Thursday. In his new role, Walsh will participate in speaking engagements, and work with hospitals, businesses, families and communities to expand access to care.

A 20-year veteran in the field of recovery, Walsh has previously served as CEO of Duke Behavioral Health, a consulting, intervention and coaching firm. He will continue to assist Duke while working with Landmark in his new role.

Landmark Recovery’s addiction recovery services include detox, inpatient drug and alcohol rehab, intensive outpatient, and alumni programming. The company operates facilities in Carmel, Indiana; Louisville, Kentucky; Oklahoma City; and Lexington, Kentucky. Its sister company, Praxis by Landmark Recovery, is based in Louisville and serves the Medicaid population.
